1952 Diamond T COE

This is a 1952 Diamond T COE (Cab Over Engine) Truck, Only 700 were built. This truck had
17 feet removed from the end of the frame. It has front & rear suspension & brakes from
a 1992 Chevy 1 ton Dually, with air shocks. Power is from a 1987 Chevrolet 454 cid V8
equipped with Edelbrock 600 cfm carb on Holley manifold, Hedman headers & 2 Flowmaster
mufflers, through a TH400 transmission with Hurst Quick Shifter. Cooling things off is
a Griffin 4-core radiator with dual electric fans.

On the ground is 6 Goodyear 16" tires on SS rims. The bed is 9.5' x 7' with Oak floor & stake
rails, custom aluminum diamond plate rear pan were the tail lights are mounted. Mounted to
the frame is a 41 gallon aluminum "Mark Williams" fuel cell on the right & a aluminum Merick
tool box on the left. Inside the cab is gray leather padded dash with VDO Classic gauges,
moonroof, power windows, Cobra CB & overhead stowage compartment.

All the chrome is new including the grill, front bumper, & window frames. This truck is also equipped
with Street Works Billet Aluminum electric wipers & dual air horns with onboard air compressor.

I seen this truck again in Salt Lake city at The Great Salt Lake Truck Show in 2002.
