Lester's '48 Transformation

I'm  Les Anderson from Stanwood WA. I purchased this 1948 F5 COE on Leap day Feb 29, 2004.  I found this truck in a photo at the Monroe Fall Auto Swap Meet in Oct. 03.  The truck was located in Everett WA. and lived most of its life in Southern California and has always been a highway wrecker from day one. I guess that I'm considered a "hacker" because I want to StreetRod out this truck with a big block behind the cab.  I'm going to try to keep the original frame with mods to make it a more friendly driver.
